2024 Fall Teams Registration

Before continuing, you may first need to create a SportsEngine account below. 

Complete the following steps to register for this season:

1.  Enter player and guardian contact info
   • Options for Sports will appear on next screen, based on grade / gender.
   • Competitive teams may be formed if there is enough interest.
   • Volunteering at Nativity is expected - help make your child's experience a good one!
2.  Select Sport(s) and confirm registration fee 
3.  Submit payment
